Cooling Kit
The Cooling Kit can be used with the following motorcycles:
The Cooling Kit is the base for all other of our Tuning Kits or the Heavy Duty Kit. It is pre-installed in the currently produced Quantya® EVO1 series Motorcycles.
The cooling performance of the motor is increased using a copper heat sink and aluminum wings as a radiator. Further much larger performance increase is possible using our Heavy Duty Kit or Tuning Kit I or II.
The Cooling Kit will provide a cooling performance of about 30 Watt
(depending on the environmental conditions)
Please ship us the complete brush plate of your engine for modification.

Heavy Duty Kit
The Heavy Duty Kit can be used with the following motorcycles:
The power dissipation of the engine strongly depends on the usage scenario of your motor-cycle.
At high environmental temperature, extreme driving style and increased grip level - e.g. in Supermoto - the
engine does not provide sufficient cooling performance.
As a result the electrical power will be disrupted or the engine may even be destroyed.
Heavy Duty Kit will increase the cooling performance to about 150 Watt
(depending on the environmental conditions)

IMPORTANT: The presence of a Cooling Kit is required for the Heavy Duty Kit. Owners of older Quantya motorcycles or other producrs need to order the Cooling Kit additionally.
Tuning Kit I
The Tuning Kit I can be used with the following motorcycles:
A further increase of the cooling performance will allow you to increase the maximum power of your engine, resulting in additional torque.
Tuning Kit I will increase the cooling performance to about 300 Watt
Depending on the environmental conditions this allows to increase the torque up to 15% (additional power ca. 8%)

NOTE: If you apply the Tuning Kit I to your older Quantya® motor-cycle (e.g. FMX) it is possible to achieve additional 20% torque and ca. 10% power (depending on environmental conditions) with respect to the values given above.

Tuning Kit II
The Tuning Kit II can be used with the following motorcycles:
A further increase of the cooling performance will allow you to increase the maximum power of your engine, resulting in additional torque.
Tuning Kit II will increase the cooling performance to about 600 Watt
Depending on the environmental conditions this allows to increase the torque up to 30% (additional power ca. 16%)

Booster Kit
The Booster Kit can be used with the following motorcycles:
At higher speed levels the engine of your motor-cycle would have excess torque which could be used for even more speed. Our Booster Kit will modify the engine giving you kind of a electromechanical "stepless" gear shift that provides extra speed on straights and extra acceleration leaving bends.
The handling of the Booster Kit is realised by a short lever underneath the left break handle.
Lever in initial position gives standard (high) torque. Pulling the lever will increase the speed proportionally.
Booster-Kit to increase the maximum speed by ca. 30%
We ship the Booster Kit as a conversion kit. It is not necessary to ship us the brush plate of your engine.

NOTE: It is possible to install the Booster Kit yourself. However, we recommend to have it done in an authorised service center.
IMPORTANT:
The Booster Kit is taylored to be used in combination with a Cooling Kit. If no Cooling Kit is present, a proprietary
mounting solution has to be developed.
The presence of a Cooling Kit, Heavy Duty Kit or Tuning Kit is strongly recommended when using the Booster Kit.
Torque Control Module
The torque control module can be used with the following motorcycles:
Your motorcycle usually comes with a speed handle that controls the rotary speed of the engine,
which is substantially different from traditional motor cycles.
With an extension module in the size of a USB stick, the throttle characteristic will be changed to torque control which you are used
from your traditional motor cycle. Different characteristics can be selected by switches (rising or falling torque).
To achieve an optimal performance of the torque characteristic a special taylored throttle curve is required.

Easy to install: Disconnect the throttle connector from the motor controller, connect the torque control module,
plug the throttle connector to the module, finished!
